Our office is out in the Navyug Industrail Estate in Warje Malwadi. We are in J B Nagar, specifically at number 2. It’s an industrial area, so there are a lot of workshops and small factories all around us. You can hear the sounds of machinery and trucks moving throughout the day. It’s not as quiet as a residential area, but it’s where we’ve been based for years. The estate has a certain grit to it that we’ve grown used to. Our space is functional and mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of logbooks. Because we are in an industrial zone, we deal with a lot of workers and business owners who need to move things or people around. It’s a busy environment and we usually have our hands full from the moment we open the doors. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People usually just stand around or grab a stool while we look things up for them. The building is sturdy and does the job. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this estate, but we’ve managed to stay put in J B Nagar. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as the work gets done and the phones are working. We usually close up when the sun goes down and the estate gets quiet.
