At Prasad Travels Agency, we are tucked away in Nehru Nagar within the Durian Estate. You can find us right on the Mulud Link Road, just across from the Om Mobile Shopee. We’ve been running this travel desk for quite a few years now. The office is small, but it serves its purpose for booking trips and talking to travelers. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking bus timings. We know the Mulund area well and how the traffic behaves on the link road. People stop by when they are planning a trip to see their families or going on a short holiday. We keep a lot of pamphlets around, though most people already know where they want to go. It isn’t a high-tech operation. We use notebooks and a computer that’s seen better days. We like the personal touch of talking to people face to face. Sometimes things go wrong with schedules, and we spend the afternoon fixing it. That is just the nature of the travel business. We aren't part of any big chain. It is just a local agency trying to help people get from one place to another. If you are near the mobile shop, you can easily spot us. We don't use big advertisements. We just rely on being there when someone needs a ticket or a car. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know most of the regular travelers by their first names.
