Power Induction Systems

We are based in Janawadi, which is right next to Gokhalenagar in the Shivajinagar area of Pune. It’s a pretty central location, so getting around the city from here isn't too difficult. We deal with induction systems and related electrical work. Our building is a standard one for this neighborhood, nothing that really stands out from the street. Inside, it's mostly workbenches, testing equipment, and stacks of components. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or assembling things. The team is just a few guys who have been doing this for years. We don’t really have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. Since we’re in 411016, we’re surrounded by a mix of houses and small shops. The street gets quite narrow and crowded in the afternoons. Sometimes we have to move stuff in and out quickly before the traffic gets too bad. We don't really do "sales pitches." If someone has a problem with an induction unit, they come find us and we see what we can do. It's a practical environment. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the jobs we have for the week. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office. We just focus on making sure the systems work properly before they leave the shop. It’s been our routine for quite some time now and it works for us.
