Pioneer Engineering

Pioneer Engineering is a small shop located at 458 5 in Sadashiv Peth. If you know Pune at all, you know Sadashiv Peth is one of those old, traditional areas with lots of narrow lanes and a whole lot of history. we have been here for years, and we really would not want to be anywhere else. We do general engineering work in our space. It is often loud and can get a bit greasy, but that is just the nature of this kind of business. The workshop at 458 5 is not some high-tech lab; it is just a place where things get built and repaired by hand. We have a few old machines that still work better than the new ones we see today. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood or have been coming to us for many decades. We do not have a website or a big sign out front. People just know the door at 458 5 is usually open during the day. We do not promise to be the fastest in the city, but we do the job the right way. It is a very simple way of doing things. We talk to our customers face to face and figure out exactly what they need for their machines. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while discussing a part that needs fixing. That is how business is done in this part of town and it suits us fine.
