Our workspace is over at Quarter Gate, specifically Flat Number 1 in the Indu Society building at 406/3. It is a bit of an unusual setup because the building looks like a residential block, but we use this flat for everything we do at Pinaaki Exports. Finding us for the first time can be a little confusing because of the way the apartment numbers are laid out on the gate. We usually tell people to look for the main entrance and then head toward the third section of the complex. It gets a bit crowded inside sometimes, especially when we have new samples arriving or boxes stacked up near the front door ready to go out. We spend most of our hours on the phone or going through long lists on the computer. The small balcony looks out over the street, which is always full of people moving around. We have a tiny kitchen area in the back where we make our own coffee and tea throughout the day. It’s strictly a working office and we haven't spent any time on fancy decorations. There isn't a big sign outside, just our name on the directory by the stairs. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway right when we are trying to move a heavy delivery, but that is just how life is here. The lights have a slight hum in the late afternoon. We stay busy with the shipping schedules and the endless paperwork. It’s a solid, reliable place for us.
