Phavi Engineers

We are based out in Bhosari, at W-204/C in the MIDC area. If you work in engineering or manufacturing, you probably know this part of town well. It’s full of sheds and workshops just like ours. We spend our days surrounded by metal, oil, and the sound of machines. It’s a gritty environment, but it’s where we feel at home. Our space isn't clean or quiet. There’s always someone grinding something or moving heavy parts around with a hoist. We do engineering work, which means a lot of measuring and double-checking. If you get it wrong, you’ve wasted a lot of time and material. We don't have a fancy lobby with a sofa. Usually, if a visitor comes, they just stand in the workshop while we talk. We’re often covered in a bit of grease by the end of the shift. That’s just the nature of the job. The roads in MIDC can be pretty rough, and there’s always a lot of dust in the air from all the construction and trucks. We don't mind. We have a good group of guys working here who know their way around a lathe and a drill press. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make parts and fix things. It’s practical work for practical people. We stay focused on the task at hand and try to keep our machines in good shape.
