We are located out at Gat No. 185 Harishchandri, right by the Pune Satara Highway. If you are driving towards Satara, you might miss us if you aren't looking. It’s a busy road with lots of trucks passing by day and night. The workshop is usually full of metal pieces and engineering drawings. We have a crew that’s been working together for some time. Bhor can be quite rainy during the monsoon, which makes things a bit messy on the site. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure the welding is right. It’s not flashy work. It’s mostly about getting the specs right for whatever project is on the table that week. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, which is just part of being in this area. We usually have lunch together in the small room near the gate. The air smells like oil and burnt metal most of the time. We don't spend much on decorations or signs. The address at Kapurhol is easy enough to find once you know the landmark. We deal with various engineering parts, mostly stuff that goes into bigger machines. People stop by to check on their orders or just to ask about something they need fixed. It is a steady pace here, nothing too fast but never really silent either.
