Patvin Engineering

Patvin Engineering is located at 33 in Maharashtra. It’s a basic industrial setup that we’ve been running for a while now. The building is just a standard structure where we keep all our gear and tools. There isn't much to say about the decor because there isn't any. It’s all about the work we do with our hands and the machines. The floor is concrete and usually has some marks from where we've been moving heavy stuff around. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting behind a desk. It’s noisy when the work is in full swing, and you have to raise your voice to be heard over the sounds of the equipment. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the engineering side of things. We wear work clothes that get dirty pretty fast, and that’s just part of the job. The area around us is similar, with other small shops and units doing their own thing. We have a small area where we keep the files and the phone, but that’s about it for office space. It’s a practical environment for people who don't mind getting their hands dirty and staying busy. We take each job as it comes and try to figure out the best way to get it done with the materials we have. It’s a very grounded way to work.
