Our office is located inside the Vidya Niketan Building on Handewadi Road. It is a busy area, especially with all the traffic coming from the Khondhwa side. We are quite near the old Octroi Naka, which most people around here use as a reference point when they are trying to find us for the first time. The building itself is easy to spot if you are driving down MG Road. Inside, it is just a regular workspace where we help folks with their paperwork and applications. There is usually a bit of a wait because people come in with all sorts of questions about their documents. We try to keep things moving along, though it gets hectic on Mondays. I have spent many years in this specific spot and I have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are more shops now than when we first moved into Vidya Niketan. The stairs can be a bit steep, so take your time coming up. We keep a few fans running because it gets warm in the afternoons. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical place where we keep our files and sit with people to go over their forms. Most of our days are spent checking names and dates. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till sunset. People know us by name here.
