You can find Oren Tours at Shop No. 45 in Patil Plaza. Being right at Mitra Mandal Chowk in Parvati means there is always something going on outside our window. It’s a good spot, though parking can be a real headache for anyone visiting us. We spend most of our time on the phones or staring at computer screens trying to figure out travel routes. It’s not like those fancy travel agencies you see on TV with posters of beaches everywhere. We have a couple of desks, some old chairs, and a lot of folders. The office is small, but it works for us. We've been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners in the plaza. Usually, it's busy in the mornings and then gets quiet after lunch before picking up again. We handle a lot of different requests, from short trips to longer journeys, and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes a booking gets complicated and we have to spend hours sorting it out, but that’s just the job. We don’t use any fancy software, just the stuff that works. If you’re coming by, look for the plaza entrance near the chowk. We are usually here until late evening, especially when it’s peak season and everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. It’s just a normal office where we try to get things right.
