Param Auto Components Pvt Ltd is located over in Bhosari, near the Chakala area. This is the heart of the industrial belt, and it feels like it. Our building is a solid, functional space where we produce various auto parts. There is a lot of metal everywhere you look—sheets, rods, and finished components waiting for pickup. The air often smells of oil and cut steel. We have several machines that run for most of the day, and they make a steady rhythmic thumping sound that you eventually stop noticing. Our team consists of people who know their way around a workshop and don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We don't spend much on decorations; the walls are mostly covered with calendars and safety posters that have been there for years. The break room is just a table and a few chairs where we sit and talk about cricket or our families while we eat. Sometimes a delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane outside, and we all have to go out and help the driver navigate his way through. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the task at hand. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just make the parts that keep other machines and vehicles moving. It’s a long day, but we’ve been doing this for a long time and we like the routine of it all.
