You can find Paradise Bags & Footwear inside Kunal Apartment in Aundh. We aren't on the main road, so you have to look for the sign near the entrance. It’s a quiet spot for a shop. We sell all kinds of footwear, from simple flip-flops to shoes you might wear to an office. Along the walls, we have bags hanging on hooks. We have leather bags and cloth ones too. Aundh is a nice area, and we get a lot of people who live in the apartments nearby. I keep the shop running mostly by myself. It’s a small room, but I fit as much as I can in here. Sometimes the smells of the rubber and leather are very strong, especially when it’s hot outside. I have a small stool where I sit and wait for customers. We don't have a lot of space for people to try on shoes, so it gets a bit cramped if three people come in at once. I’ve been doing this for years, and I know which brands last and which ones don't. I try to tell people the truth about what they are buying. If a shoe is going to be tight on your toes, I’ll say so. It’s a simple shop with a simple way of doing things. We don't have a website or anything like that. Just the shop in Kunal Apartment where you can come and see things for yourself. I usually open around ten in the morning and close when the sun goes down.
