We’re located over in Viman Nagar, which is always a fast-paced part of the city. Being a pizza shop here means we’re usually on our feet from the moment we open the doors. We have a small team working the ovens and taking the orders at the counter. It’s a lot of dough-making and topping prep every single morning. The smell of the ovens usually fills up the street, which helps people find us. We aren't a massive sit-down place with waiters; it’s more about getting the food out to people who are hungry and in a hurry. You’ll see a lot of students and office workers coming in because of all the buildings nearby. The weekends get pretty crowded, and the kitchen can get a bit hot and chaotic. We try to keep the orders moving so nobody has to wait too long by the counter. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when the delivery bikes are all out at once. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place to get some food and maybe sit for a few minutes if there’s an empty chair. Most of us have worked here for a while, so we’ve got the routine down. We just focus on the heat of the oven and making sure the boxes are stacked high for the dinner rush. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy through the night.
