Our office in Shop No 4 is quite small, just enough room for a desk and some chairs for when folks come in to sign up for their licenses or pay fees. We spend most of our day out in the cars anyway. Teaching someone to drive takes a lot of patience, and we have seen all kinds of nerves behind the wheel. We don't have any fancy simulators here; we just get out there on the road and practice. Chinchwad is a good area for this because there are plenty of side streets for beginners and then the main road for when they get more confident. The building is easy to find, though parking our own cars can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on making sure people know how to shift gears and use their mirrors properly. It is honest work, and seeing someone finally get their license is always a decent moment in our day. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in the city, just a place that gets the job done for the locals.
