Harimangal Driving School

Harimangal Driving School is located over in Parvati, right near Shahu College Road in Laxminagar. We have been teaching people how to drive around these Pune streets for quite some time now. It is not always easy with the traffic here, but we take it slow and try to stay calm. Most of our students are young people from the college nearby or neighbors from the Survey No 69/555 area. We use a few different cars that have seen better days, but they work fine for learning the basics of the clutch and gears. Our office is easy to find if you are familiar with the landmarks around Laxminagar. We spend most of our day sitting in the passenger seat, keeping a foot on the extra brake pedal just in case something goes wrong. It gets really hot in the afternoons, but we keep going through the schedule because people have their tests coming up. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic lessons needed to pass the test and get a license. Learning to drive is stressful for some, so we try to be patient even when the engine stalls for the tenth time in a row. It’s just a small local operation, nothing corporate about it at all. We know the shortcuts and the quiet backstreets where beginners can practice without getting overwhelmed by the main road traffic.
