Aashirwad Driving School

Started the school near Anandi Garden Karyalay in Hadapsar because people around here really needed a patient hand behind the wheel. Pune Solapur Road is always a mess with traffic, so learning to drive here is actually a good thing because if you can drive in Hadapsar, you can probably drive anywhere. We have a few cars we use for the lessons every day. Most days, it is just us meeting students near Vittal Nagar and heading out for the hour. Some people are really scared when they first sit in the driver's seat. You see them gripping the steering wheel so tight their knuckles turn white. It takes time to get over that. We do not rush anyone. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to handle the paperwork for the licenses and talk about the schedule. We have been at this address for a while now. Some students come back years later just to wave when they pass by in their own cars. It is funny how things work out like that. Usually, the mornings are the busiest before everyone goes to work. We try to keep the timings flexible because everyone is busy these days. If the traffic is too bad on the main road, we duck into the side lanes near the garden to practice the basics like reversing or parking. It is a lot of sitting in the car all day, but it is what we do. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep going.
