Padmatech Industrial Pvt. Ltd.

Our shop is over at Plot 219 in Sector 10. If you know the P. C. N. T. D. A. area, you know it’s mostly just rows of industrial plots and warehouses. We fit right in there. Padmatech Industrial Pvt. Ltd. isn’t some massive factory with thousands of workers, just a group of us trying to make things work every day. Most mornings start with checking what came in the day before and seeing what needs to go out by evening. The floor gets pretty noisy once the equipment starts running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other over the hum. It’s dusty work, and the summer heat in the shed can get a bit much, but we have a few fans that help us get through. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. The guys usually take their lunch break under the shade outside because it's a lot quieter there than inside the unit. We deal with industrial parts and fabrication. It’s mostly about making sure things are measured right and welded strong enough to last. We don’t spend much time on paperwork unless we absolutely have to. Most of our day is spent actually building or fixing stuff. The road outside is always busy with trucks coming and going, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache sometimes. We just try to stay organized and keep the machines maintained so we don't have too many breakdowns. It is just honest work.
