P R Buyani Dr is based out of Bibwewadi, right in the Jalaram Park area. We are part of the Jai Heart Foundation setup there. It is a busy medical environment where things are always happening. The clinic isn't one of those shiny new hospitals you see in the movies; it's more of a local place where people feel comfortable coming in. We see all sorts of patients throughout the week, and things can get a bit crowded in the waiting area during the mornings. Being in Jalaram Park is nice because there is a bit of green around, which helps everyone feel a bit more relaxed. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their health and trying to figure out the best way to help them. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We don't go in for fancy medical jargon if we can help it; we just like to explain things simply. It’s a practical way of running a foundation and a medical practice. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are a lot of follow-ups to do. We just keep the doors open and do our best to stay on top of the schedule. It’s just how things go here in Bibwewadi for us.
