Own Cad Design Office

Our design work happens over at Kumar City in Pune. Specifically, we are at 5 5. It’s a decent area and the address is easy enough for most people to locate. We call it Own Cad Design Office. It’s not a huge studio with dozens of employees. It’s more of a personal space where we can focus on our drawings and technical designs. We have our computers set up with all the software we need. Pune is a good place for this kind of work, and being in the 411014 area keeps us connected to everything. The office is pretty simple. We have a couple of large monitors and some drafting tools lying around. It’s usually quiet here, which is good when you’re trying to get a complicated design right. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just come in, sit down, and start working on the files. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but that's just how it goes. It’s a practical way to run a design business. We handle everything ourselves, from the first sketch to the final technical drawing. Being in Kumar City has been good for us. It’s a stable place to keep our equipment and do our daily tasks. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there; we just want to do our designs properly. It's just a small office in Pune.
