This is Orix Infrastructure Services Ltd. We operate out of Flat No. 4A in the Jasmeen Apartment building. It’s located in Bhagyodhynagar, specifically Galli 22 in the Kondhwa Khurd area of Pune. Our pin code is 411048. Working from an apartment means things are pretty informal around here. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get our work done every day. Sometimes finding Galli 22 can be a little tricky for new people, but most of our regulars know the way to Jasmeen Apartment by heart now. We have a few desks and some equipment squeezed into the flat. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Kondhwa is a busy area with lots of people and traffic, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up and handle the infrastructure service side of things. It’s a lot of logistics and phone calls. We aren't a huge team, just some folks trying to earn a living. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors don't mind us much. It’s a modest setup for Orix Infrastructure, but it’s home for our business. We just try to stay busy and keep things moving along without any fuss.
