You can find Orbitz Premium Holidays over in the G I D C Estate. We are specifically at 304 Shastri Nagar Phase 1. Our office is on the 3rd floor of the Faithcentre building. It’s an industrial sort of area, so it’s not exactly a scenic spot for a travel agency, but it works for us. We spend most of our time here looking at screens and talking to people about where they want to go. Booking holidays involves a lot of small details that can get confusing for some people. We try to keep track of everything so the people who come to us don't have to worry about the logistics. We aren't a massive chain with branches everywhere. It’s just a small team of us in this office. The third floor can be a bit of a walk if the lift is busy, but the building is sturdy and easy to locate once you are in the estate. We’ve been here for a few years now and we know the other businesses in Shastri Nagar. It gets a bit loud with the activity outside, but inside we just focus on the work. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or polished sales talk. We just tell people what the prices are and what they can expect from their trip. Sometimes flights get cancelled and we spend all day on the phone fixing it. That’s just the way this business goes for us.
