You can find us over at Konarkpooram in Block N. We are in House No 1, right here in the Kondhwa area of Pune. It is a bit of a different setup since it is an actual house, which makes the whole work environment feel very personal and quiet. The area is mostly residential houses mixed with some small local shops. We have been in this spot for a while now. Inside, we have converted the various rooms into workspaces for the team to use. It gets a bit tight sometimes when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for what we need. We handle the Onward Technologies business from this specific location. The Maharashtra weather can be a bit much during the peak of summer, but the house stays relatively cool compared to the street. We have a small yard out front where we park our bikes every morning. It is a very local feel, not like the big IT parks you see on the other side of the city. We prefer it this way because it is less stressful and much quieter. Most of the people working here are from the nearby residential areas. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and everyone is busy at their computer stations. It is just a practical way to run things.
