At Onward Technologies Ltd, we work out of a space in Karvenagar. You can find us at 15 5 in the Madhusanchay Society. Karvenagar is a nice part of Pune, it feels a bit more like a residential neighborhood than a business district, which we actually prefer. Our office is basically a converted space within the society. It’s where we keep all our computers and where the team gathers every day to work on various tech assignments. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which helps when we have to concentrate on complicated coding or design work. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just a small nameplate. The society is well-kept and we’ve gotten to know a few of the people living nearby. Most of the time, we are just heads-down into our work. We don't really have a formal reception area, so if someone stops by, they usually just walk right into the workspace. It’s a very practical and humble setup. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest company out there. We just want to do our job well and keep things moving. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside to get some fresh air. The local vibe is quite friendly. It's just a normal place where normal people come to work and do their best with what they have.
