Our office is situated in Manish Park Phase 3, right opposite NIBM Road in the Kondhwa area of Pune. We occupy the E 6 block. This part of the city is quite lively with lots of shops and small places to eat scattered around. The pin code is 411048. Being near NIBM Road means there is always something happening outside the gates. We have a space that was originally meant for living, but we have turned it into our workspace over the years. It has a very casual vibe inside. You walk in and see the desks lined up with monitors and cables everywhere. We do not really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing here; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. It gets quite warm in the summers, so we keep the fans going all day long. The building itself is well-known in the local area, so it is not too hard to give directions to people who are coming to visit. We have a small corner where we keep the coffee machine and some snacks for when the work day gets long. It is a straightforward setup. We focus on our technical tasks and try to keep things organized. The staff here is a mix of locals and people who moved to Pune for work. We just do our bit every day.
