Om Sairam Travel is based right here in Pune. We’ve been running our travel business for quite some time now, mostly helping people get from one place to another without too much fuss. Pune is a big city and traffic is always a headache, so we spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating things. We don't have a big fancy office in a mall; we just work from where we are. Usually, it's about checking the cars, talking to drivers, and making sure the schedules roughly work out. Things don't always go perfectly because the roads here can be unpredictable, but we try our best to keep things moving. We handle local trips around the city and sometimes longer journeys out to the nearby hills or coastal areas. Our drivers know the shortcuts, which helps a lot during the busy hours. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of cars. We are just a local setup that knows the city well. Sometimes the phone rings late at night with last-minute requests, and we do what we can to help out. It's a lot of talking and a lot of driving. We don't bother with much marketing because most of our customers are people who have used us before or heard about us from their friends. We just keep the cars running and try to be on time, which is all anyone really wants from a travel service.
