Om Gagangiri Tours & Travels

It's been a while since we started Om Gagangiri Tours & Travels here in Chinchwad at Premsagar Apartment. We mostly spend our time on the phone or sitting at the desk booking cars and hotels for people who want to go on vacation. Sometimes it gets really busy during the summer holidays when everyone wants to go to the mountains or the beach. We just try to get the bookings done right so there are no issues when the family arrives at their destination. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps. People from around the neighborhood come by to ask about ticket prices or just to see what kind of packages are available for the weekend. We aren't a big fancy office with lots of employees, just us doing the work every day. I remember when we first moved into D 8, it was quiet, but now there's more traffic. We help with local trips too, not just long distance ones. It’s hard work keeping track of all the schedules but we stay late most nights to make sure everything is confirmed. If someone needs a vehicle for a wedding or a small trip, they just call us up. We don't have a big website or anything, just honest work from this small space. It's a simple business run by people who live nearby and know the roads well and how to get places without getting lost.
