Our place is located at 3rd Cross in Tilak Nagar. We are right near the Datta Nursing home in Shimoga, Karnataka. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into this part of the city. We’ve been operating here for a while, and the 577201 area feels like home to us. It’s not a huge facility, just a local branch where we handle technical tasks and support. Inside, you’ll find some workbenches and a few computers that are always running. We don't have a fancy lobby or a guard at the door. Most of the time, we’re just busy working on whatever came in that morning. The team is just a handful of people who live around here. We like being in Shimoga because it’s a bit more relaxed than the bigger cities. Sometimes the monkeys from the trees nearby get onto the roof and make a lot of noise, which can be a bit of a distraction, but it’s just part of being here. We don't bother with much promotional stuff. People mostly find us because they need help with their systems and someone told them we were the ones to ask. We try to keep things straightforward. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If it’s going to take a while, we say so. We’re not trying to be the biggest company in India, just a useful one for our neighbors.
