We have our workshop, Nukcon Engineering, over in Bhosari at 115/3. It is a typical engineering spot where there is always some metal being cut or something being welded. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, and that is just the way we like it. We have been at this Bhosari 115/3 location for quite a bit. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a machine or checking a drawing. The area is full of other small factories, so there is always a lot of transport trucks moving in and out. It can be a bit of a scramble to get things finished on time, but we just put our heads down and get through it. The machines are old but they still do the job well enough. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we have to wait it out, which is just part of working here. We don't do much marketing or anything; we just rely on the work we finish. It is a simple life of measuring, cutting, and fixing things. We are just a local engineering shop trying to keep things moving. It’s loud, it’s dirty, and it’s what we do every single day. We have some old tools that have been with us since the beginning. They might look a bit worn out but they work better than some of the newer stuff we've seen. Bhosari is full of shops like ours, so you can always hear the sound of someone else working nearby. We drink a lot of tea to stay going during the long shifts. Sometimes the floor gets really messy, but we try to clean up on Saturdays.
