We are located in the heart of Sadashiv Peth at 829/888. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Lajjat Hotel, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Pune. Our office is a local tour company where we spend most of our days talking about trips and destinations. It is a modest place with a few desks and posters of different places on the walls. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of salespeople in suits. It is mostly just us and the phones. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask about bus timings or train bookings, and we do what we can to help. Sadashiv Peth is a busy area with narrow lanes and lots of history, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We have been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. Our way of working is pretty straightforward. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or complicated booking systems if we can help it. We just try to make sure people get where they need to go without any extra trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking gets complicated, but we just stay at it until it is sorted. It is a decent way to earn a living and we enjoy the daily interactions with our travelers. We have been doing this for years and it just feels right.
