Nirdhar Engineering

Nirdhar Engineering is located at Sarvey No. 63, right off Handewadi Road in Hadapsar. We’re tucked in behind the Urdu High School, which makes it easy to find if you know the neighborhood. It’s a lively spot with kids going to school and all the local traffic. Our shop is pretty much what you’d expect from an engineering place in this part of town. We have our lathes and our drilling machines, and they’ve seen a lot of use over the years. We aren't big on decoration or making the place look like an office. We care more about whether the tools are sharp and the power stays on. The floor gets swept once in a while, but mostly it's covered in the bits and pieces of whatever we’re working on that day. A lot of our time is spent just talking through a job and figuring out the best way to handle it without wasting material. We’ve had the same crew for a while, so we don't need to say much to each other to get things done. It’s a simple life of measuring, cutting, and checking everything twice. We aren't looking to change the world, just to keep the shop running and do a good job for the people who come to us. It’s just us here at Hadapsar, doing what we do every day without complaining too much. Sometimes we stay late when a job gets complicated or a machine needs fixing.
