We handle travel and tours. It’s a busy little office with maps and schedules all over the walls. People come in wanting to go somewhere, and we try to help them find a bus or a train or a car. Surat is a big city, and Katargram is a crowded part of it. There is always noise from the bazaar nearby. We aren't some big travel agency with a call center. It’s just a few of us here.
