New Ashok Engineering Works

New Ashok Engineering Works is over at 39 Gultekdi in the Judges Bung Industrial Estate. Our workshop has been here for a good while, and we are pretty settled into the routine of the industrial estate. It is a place where you can always hear the sound of machines running and people working. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is filled with the various tools and equipment we need for our engineering tasks. We spend most of our time cutting, grinding, and shaping metal pieces for different projects. The walls are a bit stained from years of work and the lighting isn't the brightest, but it is enough for what we do. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the machines well. We take on whatever work comes in, whether it is a small repair or something that takes a few days to finish. We don't spend money on advertising because we prefer to let the work speak for itself. Gultekdi is a busy area and we have made many friends among the other workshop owners over the years. We usually share a bit of lunch together and talk about the day. It is a simple, hard-working life and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families.
