Neilsoft Pvt Ltd operates from Flat No 23 in Vijayanti Apt. We are located inside Kadam Plaza, which sits right opposite Bharati Hospital in the Katraj area of Pune, 411046. Having the hospital right across the street makes it very easy to give directions to anyone looking for us. Vijayanti Apt is a typical building in this busy section of Katraj. Kadam Plaza has a bunch of different shops and offices, so there is always someone coming or going. Our flat, number 23, is our home base. It’s not a large space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We’ve got the basics covered with our desks and a small area for files. The area stays pretty busy because of the hospital traffic, so there is always a hum of vehicles outside. We don’t mind it much. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. Inside the office, it’s a bit more relaxed. We aren’t big on formalities here. Most of us have been working together for a while, so it’s a comfortable atmosphere. We grab snacks from the vendors near the hospital entrance when we need a break. The building itself is older, with some character and the occasional leaky tap, but it works for us. It’s a very grounded place to work. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay productive in our little corner of Katraj.
