Gokhale Terraces in Ganesh Nagar is where we’ve set up shop. At Neilsoft Ltd, we are in Flat No. 13, so it’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is being moody again, which happens more often than we’d like. Pune 411041 is a busy area, and there’s always something happening right outside the window. You can see the street life and the small shops lining the road. Our space is lived-in. There are coffee rings on the tables and some old posters on the wall that have been there since we moved in. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where work actually happens. We don’t have uniform furniture or anything like that. Some chairs are blue, some are black, and one of them squeaks every time you lean back. It’s these little things that make the place feel real. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a group of people working together in a flat in Pune. The kitchen is small, but it’s the most important part of the office because that’s where the snacks are kept. We have a view of the rooftops of Ganesh Nagar, which is actually quite nice when the sun starts to go down. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, without much fuss.
