We have this office at Plotno. -42 in Shitolenagar, which is part of the Sangvi area in Pune. It’s a bit of a residential-feeling spot, away from the huge glass buildings you see elsewhere. The building is simple, just a plot with a regular structure where we’ve set up our equipment and desks. Sangvi is a busy area with a lot of local shops and families, so it feels very grounded. We spend our days here working on various engineering tasks. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or elevators. We just walk in, start the computers, and get to it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of life here. We have a few neighbors who are also running small businesses or just living their lives, so it feels like a friendly place to work. There isn't a lot of drama; we just focus on the technical details we need to handle. The streets around Shitolenagar are narrow, so we try not to have too many cars coming at once. It’s a practical location for our team, and we’ve made it work for us over the years. We take our tea breaks outside on the porch when the weather is nice. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office for us.
