Our office is at 4 Kamal Nivas here in Pune. It’s a central enough spot, right in the heart of the city with the 411001 pin code. Neilsoft Ltd has been here for a good stretch of time. The building itself, Kamal Nivas, has a bit of character to it, which we like. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper, but it’s sturdy and it fits our needs perfectly. We have our workspace set up with all the technical gear needed for engineering and design projects. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it’s a bit chaotic with everyone trying to meet a deadline. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or corporate branding. The focus is always on the work sitting on our desks. You might hear the city sounds from outside, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a practical place to be. People who work here usually just bring their lunch and get to it. We don't go in for big speeches about our values or anything. We just show up, do the drawings, check the data, and go home. It feels like a real, honest workplace. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our windows here over the years. Despite all the changes, we just keep doing what we do. It’s a solid little spot for a team that just wants to get things done without any extra fluff or corporate nonsense.
