Neilsoft Ltd has a bit of a dual presence here. One of our main spots is at 4645 Siddharth Darshan Co Op Society, Flat No 17, in Sadashiv Peth, Pune 411030. Sadashiv Peth is the old heart of Pune. It’s full of narrow lanes and very traditional buildings. Working there is interesting because you feel the history of the city every time you walk to the office. Our flat there is a simple place where we manage our operations. It’s not flashy at all. Then there’s the other address at 13 1 90 8 Sitarambagh, Azizbagh in Hyderabad 06. So we have a foot in both cities. The Hyderabad location has its own vibe, very different from Sadashiv Peth. Between these two places, we keep ourselves very busy. In Pune, the society is quite active, and we are just one of the many units there. We like being in a co-op society because it feels more personal. We deal with the usual things like parking issues or water timings, just like everyone else. It keeps us grounded. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do our work and handle our paperwork from these offices. It’s a lot of coordination between the two locations, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to do them well.
