Neha Tours

Our place, Neha Tours, is based at 16/8 Talegaon, right on the Bugle Rock Road. We’re in the Kanchan Building. It’s a decent enough spot, though the building is older and the stairs can be a bit of a trek if you’re not used to them. Our office is small and mostly filled with maps, some old calendars, and a couple of desks for us to work at. Talegaon is usually a bit quieter than the main city hubs, but this road still gets its fair share of traffic throughout the day. We spend most of our time on the phone or the computer, trying to sort out travel plans and bus bookings for folks. It’s not a very modern setup, just a basic room with the essentials we need to get through the day. We have a window that looks out onto the street, so we see a lot of people passing by. During the busy holiday seasons, it can get quite hectic with people calling every few minutes, but otherwise, it's a steady pace. We keep a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which helps us stay focused. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that does the job. It’s a very simple tours and travel desk, without any corporate polish. We just focus on getting the bookings right for the people who live around here.
