You can find us at Surekha Appartment right on the Pune Satara Road. Neha Medical has been here for years, serving the local neighborhood. It’s a typical small shop setup. We have shelves full of medicine and basic health supplies from floor to ceiling. It can get a bit crowded when three or four people come in at once. The traffic on Pune Satara Road is always roaring past, so there is a constant background noise. We know most of our regular customers by name and what they usually need. It’s not just a business; it’s where we talk to our neighbors. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions or a bit of advice on which bandage to buy. We try to keep things in stock, but occasionally we have to wait for the distributor. The lights inside are a bit bright, but it helps us see the small print on the labels. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until late evening. It’s a simple life. We keep our accounts in big ledgers and try to make sure everyone gets what they need. It’s just us here at Surekha Appartment, day in and day out. Working in a pharmacy means you see a lot of people when they aren't feeling their best. We try to be patient and help them find what the doctor wrote on those messy notes. It’s a lot of standing all day, but we like being part of the community here.
