You can find us in Aundh Gaon, right across from where the Convergys building is. We operate out of Flat No. 16 in Uttam Enclave 1. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Pune, especially with all the commuters and traffic that pass through Aundh every day. Since we’re involved with the Volvo buses, our lives pretty much revolve around travel schedules and ticket bookings. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for people waiting to ask about their trips, and plenty of ledgers and computers to keep track of where the buses are. It’s not a luxury lounge; it’s a place where you come to figure out your travel plans or sort out a booking issue. Outside, the road is always busy with cars and bikes, and you can often hear the buses honking as they go by. We’ve been in Uttam Enclave for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change and get more crowded. The staff here is used to the fast pace. We spend a lot of time on the phone, giving out timings and checking seat availability. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important for keeping the passengers moving. We don't use any fancy talk or try to impress anyone. We just tell you what time the bus leaves and which seat is open. It’s a basic, functional service for people who need to get around.
