Neelesh Engineers

Neelesh Engineers is based at Plot 86 in Sector 7 of the PCNTDA area in Bhosari. Bhosari is well known for being an engineering hub, and we’ve been part of it for a good number of years. Our workshop is a straightforward space. We have the machines we need and enough room to work, though it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of material arriving. The roof is high and made of metal sheets, so it gets quite loud when it rains. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just some big fans that move the air around. It’s a work-heavy environment. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a marketing department. Usually, the phone rings and whoever is closest picks it up. We keep our tools on big racks and try to put them back, but they don't always end up where they belong. The office is just a partitioned area where we keep the ledger and the computer. It’s functional and nothing more. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. The people around here are all doing similar work, so there is a bit of a shared understanding of the daily grind. We just focus on the job at hand and try to keep things moving along without too much drama. That’s life at Plot 86. We aren't trying to be anything we're not.
