We operate out of Flat No 6 in Chetan Residency, which is located in Kalyani Nagar. It’s near the Yerwada and Velu Phata area. Since we are in a residential building, it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main commercial street. We use the flat as our main office for the enterprise. There are a few desks set up and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. We handle various business tasks from here, mostly involving supplies and coordinating with different vendors. It isn’t a place where customers walk in off the street very often. Most of our work happens over the phone or through emails. Kalyani Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central enough but still has a bit of calm. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. The routine is pretty much the same every day. We start around nine and go through the orders that came in. Sometimes we have to head out to Velu Phata to check on things, but mostly we are right here at the desks. We’ve been in this flat for quite a while, so the neighbors are used to us being here. It’s a practical setup that works for the kind of business we do. No big signs or flashing lights, just a simple door with our name on it.
