We operate out of Vrindavan Housing Society in the Panchawati area of Pashan. It’s Plot No 12 in Sector C. Pashan is generally a bit more relaxed than the middle of Pune, and our office reflects that. Narendra Dengle And Associates isn't a place with a big lobby or a security guard at the front desk. You just come into the society and find our building. It feels much more like a residence than a workplace, which we actually quite like. There are trees outside and you can hear birds sometimes, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. The office inside is stuffed with books and papers. We’ve got shelves that go all the way to the ceiling because we hate throwing anything away that might be useful later. The desks are large and wooden, the kind that last forever. We don't have a strict dress code or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a drawing or a report, maybe with a cup of cold tea nearby because we forgot to drink it while it was hot. It’s a quiet place to think and get things done. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the locals know us. It’s just a steady, everyday kind of office where we do our bit and keep things moving along without much fuss.
