Naamdar Cheddha Science Academy

We are located in Harinita Apartment, which is right on the Pune Mumbai Road in Phugewadi. It’s a busy area because of all the traffic heading towards the city. Our place is behind the Aaimata Temple and right across from Sandvik Asia. It’s also near Minatais, which locals usually know. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time if you're not from around here, but once you see the temple, you’re basically there. We’ve set up our science academy in a way that’s practical for teaching. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for our students to sit and focus on their work. Science can be tough, so we spend a lot of time going over the basics again and again. We aren't a big chain of schools; we just run this one spot in Phugewadi. The rooms have the usual stuff like whiteboards and plenty of books on the shelves. Often, the sound of the main road comes through, but we've gotten used to the noise over the years. We started this because we wanted to have a local place for science students in this area. Most of the kids who come here are from the nearby apartments or houses. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, but we make sure we cover everything in the syllabus. It’s a lot of hard work, both for us and the students. We’re usually here until late, making sure the notes are ready for the next day.
