Multi Media Features Pvt. Ltd. (As Production Head)

Our office is located in Pune, specifically at Bibwewadi. We are on the second floor of the Avantikunj Co-Op Housing Society, in Flat No. 3. It is a quiet residential area, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We operate as Multi Media Features Pvt. Ltd., and this is where all our production work happens. It feels more like a home than an office because it literally is a flat. We have a kitchen where we make tea and a balcony where we sometimes take breaks to get some fresh air. Since we handle production features, there is always some equipment lying around or someone editing something. It is not a flashy studio with neon lights. It is just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Being in a housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we do not make too much noise. The team is small and we have worked together for a long time now. We do not have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby for guests. If you walked past, you might not even know a media company is running from here. We just like doing our work and staying in our lane. Pune has a good vibe for this kind of creative stuff, and Bibwewadi is a solid place to be based for our production head and the rest of the crew.
