Aksh Manufacturing is located out at Gat No. 311/2/2 in the Ambervet area. To get to us, you have to drive down the Pune-Paud Road into the Mulshi taluka. It’s a nice drive, much greener than the city, but it can be a bit of a trek for our suppliers. Our factory is tucked away off the main road. We do various types of manufacturing here. The facility is fairly large, with different sections for storage and production. We have a steady rhythm to the day. The workers arrive, the machines start humming, and the trucks come in to load up. It’s a bit quieter out here in Mulshi compared to the city industrial areas, which we quite like. We have a small canteen where everyone sits together for lunch. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator, which is always a bit of a hassle. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. Most of our business comes from long-standing contacts. The office is simple, just some chairs and a table where we look at the production schedules. We just focus on making sure the plant runs smoothly and the staff is doing okay. It’s a decent place to work, away from the city's chaos. We just keep producing our goods and shipping them out as planned every week.
