Our office is right on Tilak Road in Pimpri, just next to the Seva Vikas Bank. If you know that area, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and people moving around. We spend most of our time staring at maps and schedules or talking on the phone with drivers. It’s a lot of coordinating. One car is coming back from a long trip while another is just heading out to the airport. We keep our keys on a big board behind the main desk. It isn't a large space, but we have enough chairs for people to sit while we figure out their travel plans. Usually, there's a bit of engine oil smell from the garage nearby. We’ve been at this location for some time now, so most of the shopkeepers on the street know us. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to do everything by hand, which is a bit of a headache but we manage. People come in looking for a way to get out of the city for the weekend. We check the logs, see what's available, and write it down in the big register. It's a simple way of doing things. The tea stall across the road is where we go when we need a break from the phones. Dealing with traffic and weather is just part of the daily routine for us here in Pimpri.
