We’ve been at Akshay Sahaniwas for a while now. Flat number 20 in Shahu Colony, specifically. It’s tucked away in Lane 11 of Karve Nagar. Pune is a busy place, and being here in this part of town keeps us close to things. Sometimes the traffic in Karve Nagar gets a bit much, but we manage. People know us as M/S Timken India Ltd. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we get our daily work done. The team usually grabs tea nearby during breaks. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing with big lobbies. It’s more about coming in, sitting at the desks, and handling the files and calls that come through. Most of our neighbors are regular residents, so it feels quite homely compared to those big industrial parks. Dealing with logistics from this address works out okay most days. If you're looking for Lane 11, it's right there in the Shahu Colony area. We’ve set up the place to be functional. There’s a desk for everyone and a small area for visitors. We don’t really have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, unless it's peak hours on the main road nearby. We've stayed here because it's convenient for the staff and the rent makes sense for the size of our operation. Nothing too fancy, just our workplace and our small team of people trying to do things right.
