M/S Pylon Engineers, Pune. is located specifically at Flat No. 16 in the New Jyoti Palace Apartments. We are right in the Salisbury Park area of Gultekadi. It is a well-known part of town, quite green and relatively calm compared to the main city center. Our office is inside an apartment building, which gives it a very local, neighborhood feel. We do all our engineering design and planning from here. The rooms are filled with desks, computers, and stacks of drawings. Since we are in an apartment, it is not some massive industrial space, but it works perfectly for what we need. We’ve been here for a while and the building staff knows us well. Most days, it is just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional discussion about a project design. We don’t have a front desk or a receptionist; you just come in and find someone to talk to. It is a very straightforward way of running a business. Being in Gultekadi means we have access to everything we need in Pune, and it is a decent place for the staff to commute to. Sometimes we have clients come over to look at progress, and we just sit around the main table in what used to be a living room. It is practical, honest, and gets the job done without any extra frills or corporate branding. It is just us doing our engineering work in a quiet corner of Pune for years now.
