We operate M/S Dsk Sez Projects Pune (Private) Limited. You can find us at Z-3, Suraksha Enclave, which is part of the Nagras Estate on Dp Road in Aundh. Aundh is a pretty busy area these days, especially with all the new shops and apartments going up. We focus on SEZ projects, which basically means we deal with a lot of land development and building plans. Our office in Suraksha Enclave is where we do all the administrative side of things. It’s a lot of sitting around computers and talking on the phone with contractors or engineers. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used thing in the whole building. It gets noisy with the construction nearby, but that's just life in Pune right now. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge marketing budget. We just have a job to do and we try to do it right. The team is just a handful of local people who know the Aundh area inside and out. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of the Nagras Estate and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with our current projects. It's steady work. We don't really do anything fancy, just standard project management and office work every day from Monday to Saturday. It keeps us off the streets and provides a decent living for our families.
